Seeking: House Parents
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Christ followers to join our team as a House Parents. The ideal candidate will have a strong calling to work with young people, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a collaborative work ethic. This husband and wife couple would be the live in surrogate parents for up to 8 boys ages 11-17. This couple will need a strong commitment to Christ and to their marriage to show the example of Godly parenting and family to these young men.
Purpose:
The purpose of Houseparents are to be surrogate parents who set a Godly example of a family in practical daily life. Showing unconditional love and grace, while holding accountability with grace and truth. The Houseparents are at the forefront of the mission to aid in healing, offer comfort and compassion, and teach the skills necessary for life.
Responsibilities:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Christ followers to join our team as a House Parents. The ideal candidate will have a strong calling to work with young people, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a collaborative work ethic. Responsibilities:
- Keep an orderly home and regular maintenance of home and yard as needed.
- Lead family Devotionals.
- Shopping and cooking for the home.
- Attended regular team meetings and trainings.
- Collaborate with the FGBR team on strategies to aid in the growth of the young men.
- Assist the young men with strategies for their own self accountability.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including:

- Strong commitment to the organization's Christian values and mission
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Strong Self-Discipline
- Ability to work effectively with young people.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to Pass a background check
- Highschool diploma
Seeking: House Coach
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Christ follower to join our team as a House Coach. The ideal candidate will have a strong calling to work with young people, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a collaborative work ethic. This person would be the live in coach for up to 5 boys ages 16-19 who are in the Long Term program at FGBR. These young men will have been at the Boys Ranch for minimum of 2 years, and will have met the requirements to graduate into the Long Term Program.
Purpose:
The purpose of the House Coach is to began coaching the boys towards adulthood in a real and practical way. The young men in this home will need someone to guide them through the next phase of life that will include driving, responsible technology, relationships, self discipline, and all the habits formed in the previous home except with less accountability and more coaching to help them become more self directed.
Expectations:
This person will need to have a strong Christ-like character to lead this home, and a gracious personality to aid in guiding the young men to be prepared for adulthood.

This person will work directly with young men ages 12‐17 and the FGBR team to assist in setting solid measurable goals, document progress, assist with treatment plans, assist in training for team, collaborate with team on helpful strategies to guide in helping our young men and families heal from hurts and gain tools for the future.
Responsibilities:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Christ follower to join our team as a Family Support Worker. The ideal candidate will have a strong calling to work with young people, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a collaborative work ethic.
