House Parents
We are seeking Christ-centered couples to serve as House Parents for up to 8 boys ages 11–17. House Parents live on campus as surrogate parents, modeling godly family life, providing unconditional love and grace, and guiding boys in spiritual growth, accountability, and daily life skills.
Purpose:
House Parents lead family devotions, maintain a nurturing Christian home environment, assist with education and personal growth, support boys in behavioral and emotional development, and work collaboratively with the Freedom Gates Boys Ranch team for each child’s success.
Responsibilities include:

Keeping an orderly home and maintaining the property

Leading family devotionals

Meal planning, shopping, and cooking

Attending regular team meetings and trainings

Collaborating with staff on strategies that support the boys’ growth

Helping boys develop self-accountability
-
Maintaining accurate documentation (monthly reports, quarterly updates)
Requirements:

Strong commitment to the Christian faith and mission of FGBR

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Ability to work effectively with young people

Basic computer skills

Ability to pass a background check

High school diploma or equivalent

House Coach
We are seeking a Christ-centered House Coach to work with young men in the Long Term Program who have progressed through FGBR and are transitioning toward adulthood. This role provides hands-on life-skills coaching, spiritual encouragement, and modeling of Christian character and responsibility.
Purpose:
The House Coach helps guide young men in critical life areas such as driving, technology responsibility, relationships, and personal discipline — reinforcing good habits and spiritual maturity learned earlier in the program.
Responsibilities include:
