Are you a parent looking for a Christ-centered residential program for your son? Freedom Gates Boys Ranch in Kansas serves boys ages 11–17, providing a safe, structured environment for spiritual growth, academic support, counseling, and life skills development. Follow these steps to apply for your son to join our program.
Step 1: Initial Inquiry
Contact us to begin the process and determine if our program is a potential fit for your son. During this brief assessment, we will review your son’s needs, background, and readiness for a residential Christian program.

Step 2: Complete the Application
If your son is deemed a potential candidate, you will be asked to complete our application form. This form collects detailed information about your son’s needs, history, and your family’s goals for his care.

Step 3: On-Site Interview
An on-site interview is required for all applicants. Your son and all legal parents or guardians must be present. This visit allows your family to tour the ranch, meet staff, and ensure that Freedom Gates Boys Ranch is a good fit for your son’s growth and spiritual development.
Step 4: Intake
If the family, the child, and Freedom Gates Boys Ranch agree that our program is the right fit, we will schedule an intake date. Please note that intake may take up to 60 days after the interview to accommodate program readiness and scheduling.
