Mission Statement

Our mission is to provide an alternative to State foster care, using a Christian family home environment to show young men they have an opportunity to change the course of their lives. To share the love of Christ with these young men. And, help them improve their lives, do well in school, and become contributing members of society.
Our objective is to provide learning experiences that will help these young men attain self-control, self-esteem, and positive self-direction. With these objectives, to experience outcomes that are characterized by love, joy, peace, patience, faith, kindness, goodness and self-control.
Our goal is to teach these young men to choose healthy patterns of behavior, realize the consequences of unhealthy patterns of behavior, and set high goals for future behavior and success.
Our mission is to show young men, as future leaders of a family, the way God designed family to work.

Statement of Faith

- We believe that the Bible is the verbally inspired Word of God and without mistakes as originally written. It is inerrant, infallible and God-breathed and is, therefore, the final authority for faith and life. (2 Timothy 3:16-17) (2 Peter 1:20-21)
- We believe in one God, Creator of all things, eternally existing in three persons - Father, Son, and Holy Spirit – and that these three are co-eternal and of equal dignity and power. (Deuteronomy 6:4) (John 14:10 & 26) (Matthew 28:19)
- We believe in the deity of Jesus Christ; His miraculous conception by the Holy Spirit; His virgin birth; His sinless life; His substitutionary death on the cross; His bodily resurrection; His ascension to the right hand of the Father, making intercession for believers and His personal, imminent return. (Isaiah 7:14 & 9:6) (John 1:1-2 & 14) (Luke 1:35) (Philippians 2:5-8) (Acts 2:18-36) (1 Peter 1:3-5)
- We believe that man was created by and for God; that by man’s disobeying God, every person incurres spiritual death, which is separation from God, and physical death as a consequence; and that all people are sinners by nature and practice. (Genesis 1:26-27) (Isaiah 45:18) (Ephesians 2:10) (Romans 5:12 & 19) (Romans 3:22-23)
- We Believe that the Lord Jesus Christ died for our sins, and all who trust in Him are declared righteous because of His sacrificial death and are, therefore, in right relationship with God. (John 3:15-17) (Ephesians 1:7) (1 Peter 2:24) (Romans 5:8) (1 Corinthians 15:3)
- We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit indwelling all believers and thus enabling and empowering the life and ministry of the believer. (Matthew 1:18-20) (Matthew 3:11) (Luke 12:12) (John 14:26)
- We believe in the bodily resurrection of everyone who has lived, the everlasting blessedness of those in right relationship with God, and the everlasting conscious punishment of those who have rejected God’s forgiveness in the person of Jesus Christ. (John 5:28-29) (Matthew 25:46) (John 11:25) (Philippians 3:20) (1 Thessalonians 4:16-17)
- We believe that water baptism, repentance and confession (i.e., acts of obedience) are not acts of salvation but should be the result of salvation which comes through faith (trusting) in Jesus Christ as personal Savior. (Ephesians 2:8-9) (Acts 2:41 & 8:36-37)
