Our goal is to create a home with activities where we demonstrate acts of Christ's love.  Using love and counseling, as the boys become adjusted to family living, our purpose is to help bring the family back together.

Many of our young people today have not experienced family as God designed it to work.  A family and home with love and proper training.

A home where the unconditional love of God is shown provides safety, security and an atmosphere of trust.

"Children are a heritage from the Lord, offspring a reward from him.   Like arrows in the hands of a warrior are children born in one’s youth.  Blessed is the man whose quiver is full of them."

Psalm 127:3-5

"Fathers, do not exasperate your children; instead, bring them up in the training and instruction of the Lord.
"
Ephesians 6:4

Our residence facility allows for family style living.  The house parents live on site and are available to the boys 24 hours a day.  Meals are prepared, served, and eaten as a family in the residence.

This family atmosphere will involve and require that respect and manners be used.  Discipline is determined by the house parents within specified parameters of FGBR which comply to Kansas State regulations.

The house parents are there to provide general guidance; and, to assist the boys with social skills, homework, personal hygiene, emotional issues, doctor/dentist appointments, counseling appointments, sports, and other activities.

Family activities may include going to the movies, swimming, vacations, picnics, church camps, and fishing.

Many of the events will be built around school and church activities.
